Mark and Lisa Ramsden opened Rhubarb in 2003. Since then, it has carved out a reputation as one of Manchester’s premier eateries. Mark originally trained at the renowned French restaurant Brasserie Saint Pierre in the early nineties and continued his career in some of the region’s finest restaurants before travelling and working in Asia and Australia.
 
Listed in the Michelin guide for five consecutive years, Rhubarb is the only restaurant in West Didsbury to be included in the guide.
